Melville S. Jacobson School Community,
My name is Derek Sprecksel. It is an honor to be the Principal at Jacobson Elementary School. This will be my sixth year at Jacobson, my fourth as the Principal. I served as the Assistant Principal at Jacobson for two years prior to becoming the Principal, also serving as the Villalovoz Elementary School Assistant Principal during that time.

Kindergarten registration for the 2024/2025 school year will begin 03/01/24. Please note that in order to register for Kindergarten for the 2024/2025 school year, your child’s birthdate must fall between, September 2, 2018 and September 1, 2019.
